Grillo DOC Sicilia 2021

This wine, fruit of only the autochthonous Grillo vine, borns among the rocky asperities and the sudden thermal excursions of the central uplands of Sicily.

It is dedicated to Nicolò Azoti, a young trade unionist from Baucina murdered by the mafia, so that his memory may continue to be alive in our conscience.
